Knorr Professional Crispy Coating Mix is the expert coating base for crispy fried chicken. It’s seasoned to give you a delicious, thick, and crispy coating every time!

Method of use

Step 1  Marinade 1kg of chicken (strips, wings, drumlets) for at least 1 hour.

Step 2  mix 80g of Knorr Coating Mix to 1kg of all purpose flour and sieve it twice.

Step 3  Fold marinated chicken in flour mix for 30 seconds.

Step 4  Dip in ice water for 10 seconds.

Step 5  Fold chicken again in flour mix for 1 minute (till the chicken gets a flaky appearance.

Step 6  Deep fry in pre-heated oil (180 C) till crisp and gold.
